At this orientation you will learn about the requirements to register for the Phlebotomist Training Program

• Required TB testing
• Required immunizations
• Required background check
• Required liability insurance
• Required high school diploma or GED

(1) Attendance at orientation is required to register for the phlebotomist training program
(2) Criminal record clearance or background check may be required for licensing as a Phlebotomist
(3) Next phlebotomy orientation will be November 16, 2010
