Payment
Payment is due upon registration for each program or workshop.  The Training Institute accepts, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, checks, money orders, purchase orders, cashier checks, and cash.

Registration Confirmation
Participants will receive a confirmation letter in the mail approximately one week after registration occurs.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received up to five (5) working days before the course start date are refundable, minus a $25 processing fee.   After that, cancellations are subject to the entire course fee. Please note that if you don’t cancel and don’t attend, you are still responsible for payment.

Financial Assistance
Financial assistance is not available for FCCTI programs or workshops.  The Training Institute offers not-for-credit and continuing education unit programs that do not qualify for financial aid or fee waivers.  However, FCCTI can accept payments via student loans, Governor’s scholarship, Workforce Connection, and department of rehabilitation.

Parking
Training Institute programs are held at Fresno City College and various locations throughout the community.  Selected locations require parking permits.  Upon registration, you will receive an appropriate parking permit with your confirmation letter.
